Complete interior and exterior remodel of approximately 9,400 square feet of existing masonry structure. Demolition of all interior offices and services, as well as the cutting in and install of all new storefront windows and entrances that were not previously existing. Build out of the interior space to accommodate for new staff offices, teller line, break room, vault, safety deposit box area, drive through teller window and all new ADA compliant restrooms. Project also consisted of the construction of a new drive through teller awning which was attached to existing structure, parking lot, and preparation for owner installed landscaping.
