The Residency Cottages development project involved the multi-phase construction of residential duplexes. This specific construction phase covers the build-out of three duplex buildings comprising six individual residential units (Units 1 through 6), alongside comprehensive civil, interior finish, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) scopes.
As the General Contractor for the Northfield Retirement Community Duplexes, we provided full-service project management, scheduling, and quality control from initial site development through final handover. We successfully coordinated all phases of construction for the six-unit residential phase, balancing a rigorous multi-trade schedule while directly executing critical finish scopes to ensure high-end craftsmanship.
