The Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) Classroom Pods Renovation is a multi-phased modernization of the circular classroom pod facilities and adjacent public commons. Built to transform legacy radial floor plans into high-performance, technology-rich educational and collaborative environments, the project encompasses comprehensive architectural reconfiguration, structural infill, complete MEP/FP upgrades, and interior architectural improvements across several distinct circular pod buildings and connecting common areas.
As the General Contractor for the Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC) Classroom Pods Renovation project, our firm served as the primary constructor and site management entity. Our role centered on executing all selective demolition, structural remediation, interior finishes, and multi-trade coordination across the multi-phase delivery in strict compliance with contract documents, governing building codes, and active campus safety requirements.
